The days of film are long gone. We are now living in the digital era, where the digital camera is king! Over the course of a month, you will learn to take beautiful photos with a digital SLR camera. This is the Africa Photo Academy's beginner photography course. Our Photography 101 course will help you understand the fundamentals of digital photography and is both an excellent entry-level course and a great option for someone with no prior exposure to digital photography.

One of our experienced photography instructors will lead you on the path to photographic and visual literacy over the course of four weeks. The following information will be covered during your introductory course:

Exposure/ Depth of Field/ ISO/composition and creativity/lighting/camera settings/ camera care/advanced digital settings/ basic digital concepts.
